Facial skin aging

So that the skin does not get old quickly, care should be started at the age of 16. At this young age, the process of formation of wrinkles is already beginning. The reason for this is an aggressive environment.

Biological aging begins after 25 years. During this period, the formation of an enzyme (Coenzyme Q-10) is reduced, which is responsible for the production of collagen and elastin. In addition, the process of skin regeneration slows down.

In women, after 35 years, hormonal restructuring of the body occur (the body is prepared for menopause). This leads to an even greater reduction in coenzyme. The rate of division of skin cells decreases, and the subcutaneous layer (epidermal) is thinner. This becomes the reason for the formation of wrinkles. In addition, hydrophilicity (ability to retain moisture) of molecules is reduced.

After 45 years, elastic fibers completely disappear from the skin. Sebaceous glands work poorly, which leads to thinning of the subcutaneous layer. Compared to age of 20 years, the amount of Coenzyme is halved, and only about 30 percent remain collagen.

The skin is the largest, in size, and the most important organ. It protects all organs from external exposure, regulates the water and thermal balance. Of the three layers of the skin, two are responsible for the external aesthetic appearance (dermis and epidermis).

The thickness of the skin in different parts of the body is different. From 1/3 inch (feet, palms) to 1/50 inch (eyelids). The subcutaneous (first) layer consists of nerves, blood vessels and fat slices. When the body becomes older, adipose tissues become thinner, the elasticity of the holding layer of the skin disappears, which leads to sagging of the skin and the appearance of wrinkles.

The second layer of the skin – the dermis contains cells – fibroplasts. These cells are responsible for the formation of collagen and elastin, which are responsible for growth, nutrition, development and renewal of cells.

The third layer (epiderma) is an outer layer of skin, which consists of dead cells.

There are two types of aging – biological and secondary. Biological – this is the inevitable aging of the whole organism. It depends on the gender, type of skin, age, lifestyle. Secondary aging directly depends on the person himself. Unhealthy lifestyle, non -rational nutrition accelerate the aging process.

It is possible and necessary to confront secondary aging. Not a single woman will damage her face and neck with nutrient creams. Several procedures will give not only a momentary, but a “long -playing” effect for your skin. Also, many drugs have been created for this that slow down all negative processes and protect it. Balanced diet, skin content in cleanliness also help prevent premature aging.
