It makes no sense to continue the centuries -old dispute regarding vegetarianism: in it all sides will find worthy arguments of their rightness. And so far no side has achieved a convincing victory in this dispute. But for supporters of vegetarianism – for no matter what reason they adhere to it – there are numerous salad recipes with photos both on the Internet and in specially published books on vegetarian nutrition.
In principle, the author who does not adhere to a strict vegetarian diet (neither in religious, nor for medical, nor for moral and ethical reasons), the vegetarian approach seems to be closer in terms of universal human. To eat your own organism, one should not deprive the life of animated creatures. And if this is not done with its own hands, then the demand in animal products prompts to such actions of others. Even for a simple benefit. But Homo Sapiens – therefore sapiens, that a reasonable. And the purpose of his life should not be gluttony and gluttony (which, by the way, is considered a sin in many religions). Life only for the concentration of his womb is a life likened to an animal, and not a reasonable creature. And the vegetarian approach to nutrition, if it does not decide, then to a large extent contributes to this issue.
In order not to be a pure moralist in this matter, I will share with the reader a salad recipe, especially acceptable in the winter period. Carrots are crushed on a small grater, a salty cucumber without a peel in a ratio of 3 to 1 is crushed. Then, garlic is squeezed into the mixture through garlic to taste, salt, pepper, other spices and a little vegetable oil. You can add honey or sugar if desired. If you fast on religious beliefs – add several large grains of walnut or avocado instead of oil (barely).
