The immune system is quite complicated, not a single book and article was dedicated to this topic.  How to deal with ailments or how to strengthen immunity.  But there is little information about where the useful elements are contained that can strengthen our body. We’ll talk about this today.

Vitamins and similar trace elements are contained in a large number of products, but the main source is fruits and vegetables. Probably due to the fact that they grow in the bed and open air. The most striking example is hazelnuts, and indeed all types of nuts, including walnuts.  Their beneficial properties consist of the so -called trace elements of Selena, which in turn interacts greatly with vitamins, for example, vitamin “E”.

Such a tandem of beneficial substances not only strengthens the immunity, but even trains the body, preparing it to reflect the attacks of all kinds of viruses and diseases. One of the most saturated soup nuts is the “Brazilian nut”. This is not just a powerful stimulant to increase immunity, but also an antioxidant.

But not only nut -like fruits bring benefits.  One of the defenders of our body is garlic. His enzymes cannot stand any varieties of rhinoviruses and most importantly dangerous flu viruses.   There is even folk wisdom that one sliced ripe garlic is enough to be healthy.

In our body, viruses enter the ventilation way, that is, through the nose, and then through its shell into our body. So using garlic, we supply the necessary trace elements to our body for production, the so -called allicine. Which, in turn, is drilling with viruses, preventing them from passing this mucous membrane. That is, as it were, has an antibacterial effect.

Allicine itself is involved in the creation of special substances that prevent blood curtailing. And also participate in the antibacterial protection of our body. This improves blood circulation in our vessels, and strengthen immunity. Also garlic juice, contributes not to the development of cancer cells.

Of course, this does not mean that garlic should be eaten with packages, since, most likely it will cause rejection of the body and as a result of an allergy.  But garlic for lunch to soups, of course, will only benefit!

Give your body proper care, and it will pay you the same!
