Ingredients:

– 60 g of butter oil;
– 2 large tablespoons of liquid honey;
– 3 pcs of eggs;
– 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
– 2 hours. tablespoons of baking soda;
– 3 glasses of flour.
For cream:
– Eggs – 1 pc.
– flour – 1 t. spoon
– softened oil – 250 g
– Milk – 1 cup
– sour cream – ½ cup
– Sugar – 1 cup
– vanillin
Cooking.
We prepare the cream:
1. Pour 1 egg into a glass bowl, rash sugar, mix.
2. Add vanillin and flour to the mass, mix again.
3. Add a little milk a little, mixing well.
4. Put the resulting mass in the bathhouse, stirring continuously, bring it to a boil.
5. Remove from steam and cool. While the cream will cool, prepare New Year’s salads.
6. Add sour cream and mix everything with a spoon.
Cooking the dough:
1. Butter, sugar, liquid honey pour in a large glass or enameled bowl and put it in a water bath. Cook until the sugar completely melts and a homogeneous mass comes out.
2. Put into a mixture of egg ingredients – drive one at a time and immediately mix.
3. Put the resulting mixture on the bathhouse again, continuously stir 4 minutes.
4. Pour soda. Stir until the mass begins to significantly increase in volume.
5. Add flour, mix quickly and well well.
6. Remove the dough from the steam.
7. Put the flour on the table with an even layer.
8. Put the liquid mass on the flour.
9. Knead the dough, cut into equal parts.
10. Bake cakes in the oven.
