Objected cabbage in a slow cooker
Pour approximately 100 ml of vegetable oil into a prepared multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode and set the timer for 40 minutes. When the oil warms up, fry the sweet Bulgarian pepper chopped in it with half rings for 10 minutes. Then add 250 ml of home tomato juice and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, while the cooking mode do not change.
Chop 600 g of white cabbage, rub it with your hands, drain the resulting liquid. Add a dessert spoon of coarse salt to the cabbage and the contents of the bag of spices for stewed cabbage.
