1. We take a comfortable pose for ourselves. Hold your head straight and direct your eyes, accordingly, forward. Put our palms on the eye sockets, without touching the eyeballs at the same time, and close our eyes. The center of the palm must coincide with the center of the pupil. We focus on the warmth of our hands, through which heat is transmitted to our eyes.

2. Imagine for a moment that we have a bindy on our forehead, a point drawn on my forehead, like the Hindus. We focus and try our best to see this point.

We do the exercise four times a day, for ten seconds.

3. We close our eyes and draw circles visually with our eyes – we look left, up, right, down. For the second circle, we repeat everything in the opposite direction. After a short gymnastics pillows of the fingers, we gently stroke the eyelids, open our eyes and make several migratory movements.

We do not move our heads and, continuously following the middle finger, turn the hand to the left in addition so that the hand rises with the shoulder on one line (arm and shoulder – one line). Then we slowly return the hand to its original place.

The exercise should be repeated five times with the left and right hand.

5. Like the previous exercise, we re -extend the left hand forward.

We focus on his middle finger. We very slowly bring the brush to our nose and just as slowly and smoothly return the brush back.

We repeat the exercise ten to fifteen times with the left and right hand.
