Stones heat up in such furnaces to temperatures exceeding the heat in permanent furnaces by more than doubles – up to 500 degrees. But – again – you can visit the steam room only a few times, since the stove will soon cool. Another thing is that the stone stove holds for 8-10 hours in a row. But such a furnace for a bath weighs up to 6 tons, for it, in order to avoid shrinkage, a supernode foundation is needed.
The metal furnace weighs little, without requiring a thorough foundation, and small in volume, and it is easy to install it, and it heats up quickly: from 40 minutes to an hour and a bathhouse with an iron stove is already ready.
