To choose a furnace for the bath, you need to know what they are at all and how they differ from each other:
– Classic brick;
– Modern metal;
– wood;
– electric and t.D.
Having decided on the structure, you can plan the location of the furnace in the inner space. This is important, because the guarantee of heat and a comfortable temperature in the washing compartment depends on the location of the furnace.
We will follow some points of the process of installing a metal furnace in the bath. So, a stove made of thick metal is 5-6 mm, it is possible with the content of chromium in the composition. The case is four components: the firebox, stove, water tank and blown.
The chimney is welded so that the heating of the water in the tank occurs due to the movement of fire in the chimney. The smoke pipe is excreted through a stove or furnace.
The stove in the stove is open or closed: heat capacity depends on a particular type, in the second case you will only have to drown longer. So that the stove does not smoke, doors are placed in the blows and fireboxes. The bottom of the furnace chamber also consists of a thick sheet of metal or a cast -iron grill.
Permanent stoves.
The design with an unfinished firebox and a stump in the types of stoves of constant action allows you to wash and steam in the bathhouse already during the furnace. Firewood can be laid throughout the bath session, without fear of carbon monoxide. There are convenient constant furnaces heated by gas or liquids with fuel, bringing heat to the furnace to 220-250 degrees.
Periodic stoves.
Topies and stoves in the furnaces of periodic action are fenced off with a grille. The heater is securely closed. The stove is melted with wood. You can only go to the bathhouse of periodic action when the fuel will burn everything and there will be no heads that release the carbon monoxide inside the bathhouse.
The closed type of heater contains a door for dodging hot stones with boiling water and a steam call. It is customary to place it just above the upper point of the level of stones covered in a stove. Stones heat up in such furnaces to temperatures exceeding the heat in permanent furnaces by more than doubles – up to 500 degrees. But – again – you can visit the steam room only a few times, since the stove will soon cool. Another thing is that the stone stove holds for 8-10 hours in a row. But such a furnace for a bath weighs up to 6 tons, for it, in order to avoid shrinkage, a supernode foundation is needed.
The metal furnace weighs little, without requiring a thorough foundation, and small in volume, and it is easy to install it, and it heats up quickly: from 40 minutes to an hour and a bathhouse with an iron stove is already ready.
