The latter, of course, takes place. But as for lightness, here not everything is so easy and beautiful.
The position of referent – assistant manager – requires a person to fully return his strength, skill and time. And often also requires personal relations with the leader. Young ambitious people try to occupy such a position, starting to build their career. Young girls of pleasant appearance are also trying to get a secretaries, sometimes without thinking about “additional” services. And some deliberately go to this position in attempts to arrange their personal lives with a wealthy man.
When you see announcements of the search for a secretary-referent and the requirements for the applicant indicates: a girl under 25, a pleasant appearance, send a photo-know that this boss is looking for a friend for intimate relationships. Usually such a relationship with the boss does not lead to anything good. And the boss is also not going to change his personal life. He has a happy marriage – a beautiful wife who has her own business, and a couple of children in which he does not have a soul.
Providing the claims to the personal freedom of her boss, the girl, in the end, may be just fired “for the mismatch of the position”. Sometimes the harassment of the boss begins only at the end of the probationary period, and if the girl does not want to go to the intimacy, she is simply fired, not even paying a salary.
Of course, of all the rules there are exceptions. There are such secretaries-referens that manage to learn several foreign languages in a short time, at the same time they receive additional education and become indispensable for their leader. If such a girl is also a beauty with an excellent character, there is a hope that she will achieve recognition of her boss and in the future will become his wife and assistant in work.
