Cosmetic face mask – a very popular remedy among women. The procedure for applying a mask, as a rule, is not difficult, however, it is necessary to be attentive and consistent, follow the most elementary rules. Otherwise, the result can be unexpected and, the most terrible, opposite.
Firstly, in any case, the face for a cosmetic mask should be absolutely pure. In no case should you apply a mask over any creams, decorative cosmetics, and so on. Why? Just these funds prevent the penetration of the necessary beneficial substances and the sense does not turn out to be exactly any. You can cleanse the skin with ordinary daily lotions, tonics and means that you use. Milk, foam, gels – all that your soul (or, more precisely, skin) is mine. It will also be good to make a preliminary facial show with various scrubs.
Secondly, the question arises, but how to cook a mask with your own hands? Find some dishes for cooking the mask, simple shallow bowls or cups are best suited. In order to make it convenient for you to measure proportions, take two spoons – tea and dining room. A juicer, a mixer, a coffee grinder and a small mortar with a wooden flea market will also come in handy. For cooking, only fresh products should be used. Old, and even more expired, better throw it into a bin or use it somehow differently. Usually, all masks are prepared at once, you should not store them.
Thirdly, apply a mask with hands or special brushes (they can be purchased in various stores) for the whole face, or to strictly defined areas. You can find explanations in any recipe. In order not to interfere with the responsible procedure, the hair must be collected from behind or on the back of the head. Start applying up with massage movements. Do not apply masks on the lips or area around the eyes (eyelids).
Fourthly, follow the time. Keep the mask just as much as it is indicated in the recipe. During this time, the skin should absorb all the beneficial substances and the further continuation of the procedure will be absolutely pointless. In the case of allergies and rejection of your skin of any ingredient from the composition of the cosmetic mask, it must be washed away immediately so as not to cause further irritation.
Fifth, rinse masks very carefully with simple water. Various means and soap is better not to use. After washing on a clean face, you can apply a small amount of cream.
