Tip 2. Form of nails. The nails need to be fed at least once a week, the saw should always be in one direction, so that the nails do not deteriorate and do not begin to extend. Never need to be cut off under the spine of the edges – they can grow up, and this is very unpleasant.
Tip 3. Hand massage. Massage affects the speed of growth and strengthening your nails, it can be done at any time when it will be convenient for you! The result of such a procedure will be visible in only a few days.

To strengthen often breaking nails, you should increase the overalls of proteins in food, take two teaspoons of gelatin every day. The necessary vitamins should also be taken.
