What products cannot be combined in the diet?

There are products that should not be combined in the diet. If they mix in the stomach, this will lead to chemical reactions that create a feeling of discomfort. The products themselves may not be bad. Just a digestive system begins to sort them, choosing different enzymes for digestion. During the failures there is a violation of digestion.

If after eating you feel unpleasant sensations, then you need to remember what products you combined. There is a simple rule – you can never mix proteins with products that contain sugar and starch. We will tell you more about it.

What is contained in? Protein is found in nuts, bread cereals, legumes, mushrooms, eggs. They are rich in meat, fish, cottage cheese and cheese. Proteins are found in black seeds, eggplant and dairy products. Carbohydrates are found in sugar, confectionery, in syrup, honey and fruits. There is starch in cereals, in legumes (with the exception of soy), in potatoes, zucchini and pumpkin. Fats are found in vegetable oils, butter, in fat, sour cream and cream.

Fruits can be divided into sour, sweet and semi -sweet. There is no starch in brass, chicory, turnip leaves, onions, sorrel and spinach. This also includes eggplants, cucumbers, parsley, garlic, as well as, radish and sweet pepper.

Do not combine acids and starch. Fruit acids destroy poultry, which breaks down starch. When bread enters the stomach, gastric juice has a neutral reaction. When the starch of bread is digested, the content of hydrochloric acid increases, which is needed to digest proteins. Two processes are at the same time, which gives an additional load on the stomach.

If you eat meat and bread at the same time, then the content of hydrochloric acid will increase sharply. Starch will not be digested, as he needs an alkaline reaction for splitting. Bread, cereals, potatoes do not eat with meat and other food, which contains a lot of protein.

Squirrels and acids cannot be combined. Squirrel digestion occurs under the influence of pepsin. It works in an acidic environment. Some people are sure that acidic food helps squiring protein. However, when it enters the stomach, fruit acids disrupt the secretion of gastric juice, they also destroy pepsin. If the stomach works well, then he himself will perfectly cope with the digestion of proteins. No need to drink meat with fruit juice, do not eat cottage cheese with oranges.

Do not combine fats and proteins. Fats slow down the release of gastric juice, and also reduce the activity of the pancreas. To facilitate the work of the stomach, add greens to fatty meat.
